And this is it!! What you’ve been waiting for! Our very exciting home season show and the final show of our fourth season.

Now that you have your tickets, allow me to tell you that there’s A LOT going into this show. I have the next 2 months to blog about all of our exceptional collaborators, our beautiful filming location, and of course – the stellar choreography and dancing that you’ll experience.

For now, I’m here to tell you that we have been working since the beginning of March to bring this virtual show to your screens. It all started with the creative process of investigating new choreography, Kia researching her concept, and the setting and staging of the work. Since then, we’ve taken promotional photos in our filming location (drumroll, please!!) of the 21c Museum Hotel Chicago! If you’ve never been, you should definitely take a look at our social media (@southchicagodancetheatre on Instagram and Facebook) as we begin to share some sneak peek photos! We’ve also invited our collaborators into rehearsal with us. We have Joelle Lamarre as our soprano singer as well as Alexandria Hill as our violinist. They are as involved in the show as us dancers, and let me tell you it is such a joy to share our art with each other. It brings the whole experience to another level.
