Managing Director
Terra Schultz

Terra Schultz is an accomplished arts administrator with over a decade of experience. Her professional accomplishments include serving as Executive Director of Hyde Park School of Dance, a non-profit dance school on Chicago’s south side, where she oversaw communications, operations, marketing, budgeting, event planning, human resources, and fundraising. Terra also worked with Emerald City Theatre Company in audience services and marketing, and Invictus Theater Company, where she led marketing, fundraising, and audience development initiatives. Additionally, she has experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. Terra is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, where she studied theater and communication processes. She and her family reside in the Avondale neighborhood.

Anne Kasdorf is a dance educator, performer/choreographer and administrator. She is a veteran teaching artist with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago and previously served as Early Childhood and Adaptive Dance Faculty Head for the organization's Youth & Community Programs. Anne is in her 15th season with Chicago-based contemporary dance company The Space Movement Project as a performer and choreographer. As Managing Director of TSMP, she has co-produced performance partnerships with the City of Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events, The Dance Center of Columbia College and several independent venues in Chicago and across the U.S and oversaw the group's former practice space, OuterSpace Studios. Anne performed with Zephyr Dance from 2005-2012 and has appeared with dropshift dance and in Wili Dorner's Bodies in Urban Spaces. She is a freelance development consultant and writer and holds a BFA in Dance Performance & Choreography from Ohio University.

Gail is a former Operations Manager with over 20 years accounting and business management experience. She earned her associate's degree in Business Administration/Accounting and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Certified Bookkeeping Professional. Her goal is to help business owners analyze their business so they can make important financial decisions that start with clean recordkeeping. Gail is committed to providing the highest quality of service that provides a solid reflection of the financial positioning of the organization, enabling them to focus on growth with peace of mind.

Pauline Mosley

Pauline Mosley was born and raised in Chicago, IL. She began her early dance training at the
South Shore Cultural Dance Center at the age of 4. She then expanded her training with former
Ailey dancer Lisa Johnson- Willingham. She began attending Whitney Young in 7th grade for
the Academic Center and was introduced to Homer Hans Bryant and the Chicago Multicultural
Dance Center (CMDC) during this time. She began training with them and became serious
about her dance career. In the summer of 2014, she went to San Francisco to study with LINES
Ballet for a summer intensive. That summer was so eye-opening that she auditioned for the BFA
program that following year. After being accepted on a scholarship, she moved to California to
pursue her love for dance with the Alonzo King LINES Ballet program. She received her BFA in
dance Summa Cum Laude with honors in May 2019 from Dominican University of California.
She has performed pieces choreographed by Gregory Paul Dawson, Alice Klock, Arturo
Fernandez, and others. She received her Masters of Business Administration from National
University in May 2022 and continues her work as Artistic Director of 773 Dance Project in
Chicago.
